I believe that passion leads to purpose and that as humans we are not complete without a purpose. Two years ago I met Taylore B. Sinclaire, the founder of a system of transformation called IlluminEssensce. After she evaluated my own Core Essensce Tone, I took a four-day workshop with her. At the end of that workshop, I felt as though I had been given a license to be myself.

Is this the career for me?
Becoming an IlluminEssensce Independent Licensed Consultant is a big decision. For some, it’s the opportunity to learn more about IlluminEssensce simply for their own knowledge. For others, it’s a way to directly expand an existing career, such as hair stylist, make-up artist, or interior design. A licensed psychologist has taken the training to augment her therapy practice – she understands how knowing your Core Essensce Tone helps empower people to get to the essence of the matter they’re dealing with. Another Consultant already has a thriving business conducting business seminars and will use IlluminEssensce as an adjunct, as many of her existing clients will benefit from the IlluminEssensce technology.
For most, this is a new business or career. If you’re considering this business, ask yourself:

What makes a good consultant?
Those who want to make it a successful career, either full time or part-time, will be eager and enthusiastic about IlluminEssensce and ready to share this technology with the world. While it’s not necessary to have owned your own business, it’s important to understand what is required to run a business – it takes focus and dedicated work! Characteristics such as enjoying meeting new people, following through on commitments, organizational skills, perseverance, desire to help people, and other qualities like these define a successful IlluminEssensce Licensed Master Consultant. Consultants build their business through personal contacts, so they must be willing and comfortable talking to people with passion about IlluminEssensce.
Personal integrity, flexibility, teamwork and participation are other qualities we seek in candidates. The Consultants work together to help each other grow their businesses and to generate recognition of the IlluminEssensce brand. As a growing company, IlluminEssensce is relying on its Consultants to represent the company in only the most favorable light. This by definition includes the image you convey every day, as you are representing the Company and your own personal business in an industry centered around appearance and image. In other words, we live it and wear it every day.
What does the training include?
The training process consists of two distinct modules; Core Essensce Tone Profiling and building a Consulting business by offering services.
Core Essensce Tone Profiling Training encompasses:
- Unlocking Taylore B Sinclaire’s secrets of the mystery of personal energetics and human vibration and how it relates to our form and inner characteristics and what a difference this makes in understanding other people
- Learning how to “presence” yourself so that you can identify another person’s personal energetics
- Understanding finite distinctions between “color radiance” and color
- Learning how to translate “color radiance” into actual energy
- Learning to suspend opinions and projections, and see “what is”
- Learning Taylore’s secrets of engaging and focusing on a person’s Essensce and personality
- Preparing clients for the Profiling appointment
- Learning how to perform client facilitations on IlluminEssensce Core Essensce Tone Systems
- Watching and conducting practice Tone Profiles with real “models”
- Gaining a deeper understanding of your own Core Essensce Tone, yourself, and your relationships
Building a Consulting Business includes:
- How to perform in-depth client Introductory Sessions for IlluminEssensce Core Essensce Tone Systems
- Assess clothing and accessories by Core Essensce Tone and make recommendations for adjustments to bring items up to Tone
- Learn how to assess clients’ wardrobes and conduct closet reorganization for maximum efficiency
- How to set up and conduct a personal shopping trip
- Demonstrate make-up application and hair style/color corrections by Core Essensce tone
- Utilizing the IlluminEssensce technology and products to build a business or enhance an existing business
What does an Independent Licensed Master Consultant do?
IlluminEssensce Independent Licensed Master Consultants complete their training ready to build a consulting business. Some Consultants choose this as a part-time business that augments another job or career, while others have made IlluminEssensce a full-time career. It’s up to you!
Once Licensed, Master Consultants can set their own appointments and receive payment directly from clients for authorized IlluminEssensce services provided. They can also register clients for profit to IlluminEssensce corporate events, such as the 4-Day Intensive Workshop or Licensed Master Consultant training. In addition, Consultants may sell “Toned” botanical make-up for profit, with no inventory required.
Licensed Master Consultants can build their client base any number of ways; via personal contacts, joining networking groups, buying vendor space at conferences and expos, etc., and support from the IlluminEssensce home office with house client referrals, and by attending IlluminEssensce-sponsored events such as Saturday Stylins.
As a Licensed Master Consultant you profile a client’s Core Essensce Tone, and are able to provide the following professional services:
- Facilitate the IlluminEssensce System to new clients
- Provide in-depth Introductory sessions
- Personal shopping trips
- Personal wardrobe/closet reorganization consultations
- Assessments of clothing and accessories
- Present make-up application techniques and conduct classes
- Counsel clients on hair style options and select hair color
- Organize small group in-home parties to identify Core Essensce Tones and conduct Introductory sessions
What are the pre-requisites?
Potential students are interviewed and screened by our Founder, Taylore B Sinclaire. The program is a significant commitment of time and financial resources, so it’s important that those who enroll are suited for the course. The screening process requires an application for License.
All candidates must have completed the 4-Day Intensive Workshop and be familiar with the use of the Core Essensce Tone Shopping Fan and have thoroughly read the guide book “Power to Be YourSelf.”
What is the time commitment?
In-person classes are held once a month in or around Costa Mesa, CA (Orange County). Duration of classes is over a ten month period and is at least two days and as many as four days in a row per month, for a total of about 29 days (classes are generally suspended for the month of December). In addition to classroom time, students are required to complete assignments on their own time, adding about 120 hours of self-directed study.
The course is spread out over several months to allow enough time to complete the self-directed study, and to integrate the curriculum thoroughly. As many students have jobs and other responsibilities, a once-a-month schedule is also easier to manage.
What is the financial investment?
The tuition for the Core Essensce Tone Profile training and Consultant training combined is $20,000. The tuition includes initial training as described above, as well as the first year’s Licensing fee, tools and materials valued at over $2,000, and on-going education opportunities by assisting Taylore with IlluminEssensce events such as Introductory Meetings, 4-Day Intensive Workshops, etc.
To get your business started, in addition to the tools and materials you will receive, you will also have access to Taylore to answer questions and offer suggestions, website support and electronic communications, regular contact and conference calls with other Licensed Master Consultants, as well as Taylore’s support as company figurehead, involving public appearances, published articles and new book (in process).
For those who want to augment a current profession and/or find the secrets and mysteries of human energetics, the Core Essensce Tone Profile module may be taken on its own. This course is appropriate for psychologists and therapists, doctors, alternative health practitioners, or anyone who wants to discover the secrets.
