IlluminEssensce Independent Licensed Consultants know the power and joy of living in their Essensce every single day and are committed to supporting you to do the same.
Our Consultants are personally selected by IlluminEssensce Founder/Creator Taylore B Sinclaire to meet her high standards of excellence and are directly mentored and trained by Taylore herself. IlluminEssensce Licenses are granted only to those who have successfully completed a minimum of 27 days of in-person training with Taylore, plus 120 hours of off-premises study, and many hours of supervised Harmonic Tone profiling. Consultants also participate in additional workshops and other events as part of their training, as well as fulfilling the requirement of attending an annual update and re-certification to remain licensed.

My name is Glenda Heil. As a licensed IlluminEssensce Consultant and Profiler, it is my privilege to serve you. With an extensive background in public education as a teacher, principal and school district curriculum director, my passion for empowering individuals is now realized through educating adults about IlluminEssensce. Seeing others learn and apply a system so impactful that it radiates in their faces and illuminates their lives is my pleasure! IlluminEssensce also continues to enrich my life. I have a deeper understanding of myself, my family and how we interact, a genuine appreciation for the inner essensce of others, and a simplified, harmonious closet that truly reflects me. Along with my sister consultant, Sheila Riddle, we partner as the Dallas Tone Sisters. We provide a free Seeing is Believing monthly introduction which is an overview of this powerful patented system for those who wish to see live, physical transformations and desire to learn more about IlluminEssensce. We provide our IlluminEssensce clients with an array of services including group workshops, individual consultations, individual and/or small group shopping, closet make-overs and additional services. After determining your Harmonic Tone, an IlluminEssensce Licensed Consultant will provide a private or group Orientation on how to utilize the IlluminEssensce System. Including how to read Radiance versus color and an assessment of 5 items from your personal wardrobe.
- Take the stress out of shopping and join an IlluminEssensce Licensed Consultant for a personalized shopping trip to learn not only how to shop efficiently and effectively for clothing and accessories in your Harmonic Tone but also choose perfect “10’s” just for you! You will have an opportunity to purchase items selected for you.
In-Home Wardrobe Assessment & Closet Makeover
- Our Consultants provide an in-home assessment of your current wardrobe to determine which items work for your Harmonic Tone and which items can be adjusted in order to work for your Harmonic Tone to save you money! In addition, a reorganization of your closet to make getting dressed easier.
- A review of your individual clothes and accessories or new purchases to train you in determining which items work for your Harmonic Tone, which items can be adjusted in order to work for your Tone, and which items do not work for your Tone. Integrating new trends can also be added on to this appointment.
- Learn how to apply make-up according to your Harmonic Tone and discover how you can apply make-up in less than 15 minutes! This service will also provide you with an opportunity to purchase quality make-up sets that are vibrationally accurate for your Harmonic Tone.
Hair Style & Color Consultation
