IlluminEssensce Independent Licensed Master Consultants The IlluminEssensce Independent Licensed Master Consultant has been licensed and fully trained in all aspects of the IlluminEssensce process. Consultants are personally selected by IlluminEssensce Founder Taylore B. Sinclaire to meet her standards of excellence, and are directly mentored and trained by Taylore herself. Licenses are granted only to those who have achieved and demonstrated the excellence standards set by Taylore, and must attend an annual update training session conducted by Taylore to earn license renewal. Each Master Consultant has attended a minimum of 29 days of in-person classroom training over a ten month period. Classroom work is augmented with over 120 hours of off-premise study, and many hours of supervised Core Essensce Tone Profiling with live ‘models’. Consultants also participate in additional workshops and other events as part of their training. Most consultants are available to travel. Licensed Master Consultants provide the following services: Core Essensce Tone Profiling – Determining your IlluminEssensce Core Essensce Tone™ including an overview of using the system Core Essensce Tone Introduction – After determining your Core Essensce Tone, a two-hour introduction to using your Core Essensce Tone Shopping Fan and highlights from The Power to Be YourSelf ™ Study Guide Closet Inventory and Organization – An in-home assessment of your current closet along with wardrobe organization to make getting dressed easier! Personal Shopping Trip – A 4-hour personalized shopping trip to not only teach you how to shop efficiently and effectively for clothing in your Tone, but also to give you the opportunity to buy perfect “10s” just for you. Make-Up and Make-Up Application Technique – Buy quality make-up in your Core Essensce Tone through your Licensed Master Consultant, and/or have a session in make-up application specifically for your Tone. Hair Style and Color Consulting – Your Licensed Master Consultant can help you choose the style and/or color that suits your Core Essensce Tone. Mini Wardrobe Assessment – Make an appointment to review wardrobe items (clothes and accessories), new purchases, and/or to discuss integrating new trends. In-Home Parties – Your Licensed Master Consultant can bring the IlluminEssensce experience to share with your friends in the comfort of your home. Serving south Orange County and north San Diego County I was interviewing Taylore Sinclaire, the founder of IlluminEssensce, for a magazine article. As part of the article, Taylore "Toned" me. Being the reporter, I tried to remain objective, but it blew me away. Taylore gave me some information to read about Tone IV characteristics and I was amazed that she was suggesting that this was my Tone. This was the type of person I dreamed I could be, but didn’t believe was really me. She replied "It's not your dream, it's you who already are." I felt a tremendous relief and I even started to cry, and I'm not a big crier. This all mixed with a growing sense of unbridled excitement. It was the answer I needed to reclaim who I knew I was when I was just a little girl. Now I have a greater sense of confidence, no more self-doubt, love everything I wear and am receiving compliments, as well as the attention and acknowledgment that really feel good. It's a renewed feeling of personal freedom that is so greatly appreciated now that I'm in my 50's.
